Our Classes

Spin – a high intensity cycling workout, burn up to 500 calories a session. Guaranteed to get a sweat on.

HIIT – HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which means you will be getting a sweat on pretty quick with short workout and quick bursts of energy with quick resting periods. This class will have you burning serious energy, which helps you burn more fat and calories

Zumba – Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. The classes are tailored to the ability of the member

Young @ Heart – Young @ Heart is designed for the more mature member over 50 (everyone’s young at heart). The class is primarily made up from lower impact moves designed to work the body with a little stress on it as possible. The class will get you in shape in an enjoyable and motivating environment with easy to follow moves and some great music.

Yoga – in our classes we focus on the fundamental purpose of yoga and that is to develop harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The instructor will take you through a range of exercises tailored for all abilities.

Aqua – Fun in the water, a great way to exercise with minimal impact. Using a mixture of weights and floats get a fully body workout with a difference.

Pilates– Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. The class is put together to incorporate all ability levels.

Aerofit – is a mix of aerobics and dance. This creative concept is an excellent cardiovascular workout and accessible to everyone.

Parkmore Pump – A fully body workout using weights, the class is designed to burn calories and build lean muscle.
