From the North: Leave the A19 and join the A66 westbound heading towards Darlington and Teesside Airport. Exit the A66 at the A135 exit signposted Stockton and Yarm. At the roundabout turn left and follow the signs to Yarm. The Parkmore Hotel is two miles on the right.
From the South: Leave the A19 at the Crathorne exit and follow the signs for the A67 to Stockton and Yarm. Follow the A67 through Yarm and at the Cleveland Bay Pub traffic lights take the A135 towards Stockton. The Parkmore Hotel is one mile on the left.
From the West: From the A1(M), exit at junction 57 to Darlington and Stockton. Follow the signs to the A66 Teesside. From the A66 take the exit signposted the A135 Stockton and Yarm. At the roundabout take the third exit and continue for two miles, the Parkmore Hotel is on the right.
